Finance Systems PMO/Full time position with CEREBRA/ONSITE role - Across India - Immediate Hiring - Max 15 days Notice only.

Required

Project Management Tools:
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Financial Systems Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ERP and financial systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Skilled in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis, report generation, and insight delivery.
Financial Processes:
Deep knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Integration & Data Management:
Experience with system integration, data migration, and interface development between finance and other business systems.
Documentation:
Ability to create and maintain technical documents including BRDs, process flows, system specs, and user guides.
Change Management:
Familiarity with methodologies supporting successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Cybersecurity Awareness:
Understanding of financial data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Business Intelligence:
Experience using BI tools for visualization and performance monitoring.
Agile Delivery:
Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and iterative project management approaches.
Testing & QA:
Expertise in UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validation to ensure system integrity and compliance with business requirements.
