Location:

Role Overview:

The PMO Executive/Manager will be responsible for monitoring project progress, preparing high-quality presentations, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring seamless coordination between project teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Monitoring

Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
Prepare project schedules and update status reports.
Identify delays and highlight risks to senior management.

2. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Ensure accurate project documentation, approvals, and compliance records.
Maintain data repository for all project-related information.

3. Presentation & Communication

Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management reviews.
Present project updates, timelines, and milestones to leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for collecting project data.

4. Coordination & Follow-ups

Ensure timely communication between HO and site teams.
Follow up on action points and ensure closure.
Support management in strategic decision-making.

5. Process Improvement

Suggest improvements for project management processes.
Standardize reporting formats across all projects.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and structured working approach.
