Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CXO who can manage day-to-day operations,

strategic coordination, and confidential executive-level tasks with precision and discretion. This role requires excellent

communication, judgment, and multitasking ability — ensuring the executive’s time is optimized and key priorities are achieved

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

1. Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Manage the executive’s calendar — schedule meetings, conferences, travel, and logistics with accuracy and foresight.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure professional and personal tasks are seamlessly executed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and

discretion.

  • Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of key projects, deliverables, and assigned action items.

2. Operational Excellence & Process Management

  • Maintain an organized repository of critical data, investments, and operational information across verticals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and expense management tools for documentation and

workflow management.

  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliverables and reliability.
  • Secure and manage confidential materials — including KYC files, credentials, payment details, and contact directories.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Professionally manage guest, partner, and stakeholder interactions — in person and virtually.
  • Maintain responsiveness across platforms (WhatsApp, Email, Slack) for real-time coordination and decision-making.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and accuracy across

4. Emotional Intelligence & Professional Conduct

  • Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while handling sensitive or confidential situations.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and empathy in interactions across all organizational levels.
  • Take initiative and ownership, completing tasks independently and proactively.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
