Job Description

As a PMO Analyst at Omnicom Global Solutions, India, your primary role will involve supporting the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO). Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring data accuracy, scaling operational processes, driving process compliance, and maintaining overall operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project management practices. - Support the implementation of standardized processes for project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation. - Help develop scalable operational models to facilitate growth and tool integration. - Maintain and update tools such as Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and Power BI for real-time reporting purposes. - Coordinate with offshore teams to facilitate day-to-day operational activities and ensure seamless project delivery. - Contribute to change management efforts and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor project progress, prepare milestone reports, and update stakeholders on delivery status. - Document and maintain PMO process guides, templates, and SOPs for consistency across projects. - Support onboarding of new team members by providing training on PMO tools and processes. - Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Schedule and facilitate regular project review meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders. - Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and dashboards for leadership reporting. - Maintain a centralized repository of project documentation for audit and compliance purposes. - Provide administrative support for PMO governance activities, including status updates and action tracking. - Support internal communications related to PMO initiatives and updates. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project management, or project coordination. - Exposure to client-facing or agency environments is a plus. - Basic understanding of commercial operations, pricing models, and financial tracking. - Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and Power BI. - Ability to support process standardization and assist in change management initiatives. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination and reporting. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track project performance and generate insights. - Familiarity with resource planning and utilization tracking. - Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed teams is preferred. - Comfortable working Eastern Time hours (7 AM - 4 PM ET / 4 PM - 1 AM IST).,
