Education

Bachelors degree in engineering/Any Graduate

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 8 years of total experience
  • Experience working with a Tier 1 IT Company
  • Proven expertise in the following process areas:
  • Requirement Gathering
  • End to End Application Ownership
  • Project & Stakeholder Co-ordination
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Report Analysis
  • Understanding of project execution workflow.
  • Understanding of the basic Project Management activities.
  • Able to use AI-powered tools to monitor project timelines, identify delays, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Able to identify automate the workflows and tracking using the AI Tools.
  • Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and guide the team on various aspects.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodology for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, flexible in work & time, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the internal & external customer.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities

  • Lead the project monitoring, tracking and governance activities.
  • Should manage 9 box dashboard and have knowledge on Power BI.
  • Should have good project insights and coordination.
  • Generate analysis on the project status and the high-risk projects.
  • Owning the end-to-end application activities
  • Develop and use management dashboards to generate various reports for presenting it to higher management.
  • Assist in generating, tracking and reviewing various reports (Project, EL, Allocations and DIT Report, etc.).
  • Ensure timely delivery of Reports to the higher management.
  • Maintaining and updating various PMO Trackers.
  • Assist in tracking various compliance parameters as required by PMO.
  • Knowledge in Resource and Budget Management.
  • Knowledge in Utilization & Productivity tracking.
  • Project Budget, forecasts and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PPT
  • Project Governance and Monitoring
  • Agile, Waterfall and Scrum

Optional Skills

  • Knowledge on MS Project & Jira
  • Change Management
  • Budget Forecasting
  • Technical Writing

Certifications

PMP, Prince 2, ITIL and Agile Certifications are preferred

Technology and Domain Specific Certifications are a plus.
