The HR Business Partner must be able to work at all levels of the HR "stack" - strategic, operational, and tactical, influence effectively across all levels of a company, and navigate through ambiguity, recognizing when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current process and structures The candidate will be a strategic HR partner responsible to continuously improve the employee practices within the business vertical Takes the lead in addressing employee issues and proactively comes up with unique strategies and solutions for such challenges. Work as people advisor & partner with senior leaders and within the HR to develop and implement HR plans and solutions. Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover Work closely with the Talent Development teams to develop and conduct trainings for managers, employees and other stakeholders as needed. Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order recommend process and system improvements Requirements Post-Graduation in Human Resources 9 to 12 years of core experience as HR business partner Strong business and HR acumen Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results. Good analytical skills with logical thinking approach and structured way of working. Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, self-driven with problem solving attitude Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Proven experience in handling strategic HRBP role Good knowledge of MS office & relevant HR tools and applications.
