Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead HR to partner with the Sales leadership team in driving business performance. This role is responsible for driving sales team performance, managing sales compensation programs, improving productivity and reducing attrition through targeted people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership Serve as the HR business partner to sales leaders. Align HR initiatives with sales business goals and drive organizational effectiveness. Influence strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and succession management. Sales Compensation & Rewards Design, review, and manage incentive structures and variable pay plans for sales teams. Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to ensure accurate and timely pay-outs. Conduct compensation benchmarking and monitor incentive effectiveness and align them with performance outcomes. Sales Productivity Enablement Analyze sales productivity metrics and work with business leaders to close performance gaps. Co-develop performance KPIs, tracking tools, and dashboards. Drive performance review cycles, PIP processes, and high-potential talent identification. Attrition & Retention Management Own attrition analytics across sales geographies/levels and present insights to leadership. Implement proactive retention strategies based on trend analysis, pulse checks, and exit data. Collaborate on employee engagement and career development programs to reduce churn. Leadership Development & Capability Building Identify and support the development of future sales leaders. Facilitate sales-specific L&D initiatives in collaboration with the Learning team. Mentor HRBPs or regional HR reps aligned with the sales function. HR Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to labour laws, policies, and audit standards across all sales locations Maintain data integrity and oversee HR operations related to the sales function. Preferred candidate profile Experience in a high-growth or performance-oriented sales organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
