As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing product development, defining strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders for successful product delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** Guide the product team and cross-functional units, fostering a vision that aligns with strategic goals. Mentor junior product managers and cultivate a high-performance team environment. - **Product Advocacy:** Communicate effectively about the product's value, features, adoption processes, and updates, tailoring your message for different audiences. - **Customer Representation:** Serve as the voice of the data product users, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability. - **Technical Collaboration:** Work hand-in-hand with the Engineering team to influence solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with the product vision. - **Data Expertise:** Utilize analytics tools and metrics to inform product decisions, track user engagement, and measure success. Ensure the product delivers a seamless and intuitive user experience. - **Market and User Insight:** Conduct in-depth market research and user studies to guide product strategy. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics. - **Change Management:** Lead the product through periods of change, such as market shifts or organizational transitions, with a steady hand and strategic foresight. **Qualifications Required:** - BE/B-Tech (CE/IT), BCA, B Sc. (IT) - ME/M-Tech (CE/IT), MCA, M Sc. (IT) - Any graduate, post-graduate, or diploma degree holder with excellent knowledge of Computer Science or Information Technology In your role as a Product Manager, you will need to have at least 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on data products, BI, and analytics. You should also possess proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), product management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, ProductPlan, Aha!), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau). Additionally, a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, APIs, version control systems (Git), cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and web/mobile technologies is required. Your problem-solving skills should be top-notch, with a demonstrated ability to innovate and solve complex problems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will need to influence at all levels of an organization and articulate product needs and value propositions clearly.
