Product Manager Big Data - 5+ years- Gurgaon We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager with expertise in Big Data , data integration , and end-to-end product development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, building, and enhancing scalable data products and platforms that drive business value for enterprise clients. This role demands a strong understanding of data ecosystems, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle ownership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of big data-driven products from scratch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define product features and roadmap. Drive data integration strategies across various internal and external data sources. Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery and iteration using Agile methodologies. Translate customer and business needs into technical requirements and product capabilities. Define KPIs and track product success post-deployment. Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance of data platforms. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor data products for innovation and optimization. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management , preferably in data-intensive environments. Strong understanding of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, etc.). Proven experience in building data products and platforms from the ground up. Hands-on exposure to data pipelines , data lakes , APIs , and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with data engineering and data science teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Experience in B2B data products or within enterprise data/analytics platforms. Familiarity with data governance , metadata management , and data cataloging tools.
