As a Project Manager (Execution), you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of industrial automation, power, oil & gas, and substation projects. You will coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to commissioning. Conduct site walk-downs for commissioning and I/O database preparation. Manage third-party communication integration in PLC systems. Supervise control system installation, testing, and start-up procedures. Execute logic simulation and testing per control write-ups. Conduct Pre-FAT, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and post-FAT clean-up. Perform functional testing of I/O interfaces and ensure seamless system integration. Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and support existing PLC/DCS control system installations. Execute retrofit and upgrade activities for installed control systems. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance spares. Preferred Candidate Profile: 25 years of experience in a maintenance role within the automobile/auto component industry. Hands-on experience with PLC systems, automation equipment, hydraulics & pneumatics. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance tools and techniques. Knowledge of TPM, RCA, and safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts if required. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Gujarat Kadi preferred.
