Sr. Technician

As a Senior Technician at Pizza Wings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality of production and kitchen equipment at our plant or outlets in Punjab (Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Amritsar). Your main responsibilities will involve supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting installations to maintain a seamless food production environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and kitchen equipment such as ovens, conveyors, mixers, and refrigeration units. - Promptly troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to minimize downtime. - Maintain detailed logs and documentation of repairs and maintenance schedules. - Support the installation of new equipment and setup in new outlets or plant expansions. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI and HACCP standards during maintenance procedures. - Provide training and support to junior technicians. - Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for spare parts and service contracts. - Ensure energy efficiency and cost-effective repairs in alignment with operational goals. Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering. - 2-4 years of experience in a QSR, FMCG, or food production plant. - Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment, PLC systems (preferred), and preventive maintenance. - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel to multiple outlet locations if needed.
