AM / DM - Process Engineering (PLC Specialist)

Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Knowing and applying the IProM procedure, including the Lean Process Design Methodology for significant automation projects - Conducting functional analysis and evaluating the operating and stopping modes of equipment - Applying standards in your area of expertise and designing electrical and pneumatic plans for equipment - Actively supporting the ramp-up of new equipment for successful implementation - Creating specifications and managing subcontractors within your expertise - Monitoring equipment performance to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions - Continuously enhancing equipment reliability, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance - Working on cycle time reduction, automation projects, and optimizing investments - Supporting production and maintenance departments to improve MTTR and ensuring a fast & cost-optimized connection of machines PLC to the MES - Transferring knowledge to production and maintenance teams to enhance reactivity - Participating in APU QRQC, developing obsolescence plans, breakdown risk mitigation plans, and maintaining supplier relationships - Conducting benchmarking and market analysis to incorporate the latest evolutions and trends To qualify for this role, you need: - Experience in industrialization processes and functional analysis - Proficiency in designing electrical and pneumatic plans for equipment - Ability to manage subcontractors and create specifications within your expertise - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Safety and Environment directives, including LOTO - Commitment to enhancing safety, reducing accident risks, and improving 5S practices - Familiarity with PLC systems and automation projects For more information on Valeo, please visit their [website](https://www.valeo.com).,
