Job Description

Job role - PLC Engineer

Experience -2 to 4 years

Salary - upto 5 LPA

Job description

Must have actual Work Experience for below.
PLC ( ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi Delta.)
LabVIEW programming and trouble shooting
SCADA (Ignition SCADA, Wonderware (AVEVA), and Siemens WinCC)
HMI (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta )
VFD (Mitsubishi, Delta ,Inovance, Siemens etc.)
Servo Systems (Inovance, Mitsubitshi, ABB)
Programing Language ( Lab View , Ladder, FBD)
DCS ( ABB)
Understanding of Electrical drawing ( Auto cad, Eplan)

Responsibilities

Design and develop PLC programs for new and existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement system enhancements.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates to PLC systems.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide training and support to staff on PLC systems and functionalities.
Optimize PLC performance to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain software applications using LABVIEW.
Implement and test software modules to ensure they meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.
Document software design, code, and testing procedures.
Provide technical support and training to other team members.
Experience in vision based system and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Proven experience as a PLC Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including programming languages such as ladder logic.
Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
