Job Description

As the Platform Operations Lead for the India Site, you will be responsible for a variety of functions and disciplines, combining strategic, operational, technical, and organizational capabilities. Your role will involve working closely with different functions and the Platforms leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and strategic alignment with the global strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the VP Tech & Product to establish the operational foundation of the India site. - Act as the local counterpart to the global Platform Operations team. - Coordinate hiring plans, onboardings, and facilities setup. - Oversee the operational integration of the site and drive cross-functional workflow harmonization. - Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition for headcount planning, budget tracking, and vendor management. - Identify and address process inefficiencies to enhance scale and delivery. - Track and report on R&D capitalization and internal audit readiness. - Drive clarity on goals, track roadmap progress, and dependencies while mitigating risks. - Create and maintain dashboards, OKR and KPI updates, and operational workflows. - Ensure alignment with Development Life Cycle (DLC) processes, QA standards, and best practices. - Identify development risks and blockers and ensure timely resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager or Business/Technology Operations Manager. - Strong experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, HR, and Finance. - Proactive individual with strong planning, execution tracking, and program management skills. - Excellent communicator with stakeholder management experience, preferably in global companies. - Experience with Agile, software development, and/or fintech is a plus. - Experience in risk, audit, or financial governance is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
