Role Overview: You will collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams. As a leader, you will head an autonomous team of software engineers to achieve business goals in a hands-on manner. Your main focus will be on developing the team and providing technical guidance. You will be responsible for the design, development, architecture, code quality, and deployment of your team's production environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of software engineers in close collaboration with product management - Focus on team development and technical authority demonstration - Ensure overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production environment deployment - Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, and DevOps teams - Utilize C# or any OOP Language, REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous communication with Queues/Streams - Manage SQL databases like MSSQL, Oracle, MySql, PostgreSQL - Utilize observability systems such as Dynatrace, Grafana - Lead development of customer-facing products with managerial experience - Work with messaging queues or streams like RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka - Apply OOP and design patterns knowledge - Implement Microservices and engineering best practices - Foster a team player attitude and mentality - Manage and grow team members with ambition and eagerness to learn - Hold a B.E / BS in computer science or equivalent degree Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of server-side development experience using C# or any OOP Language, REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous communication with Queues/Streams - 3+ years of experience with SQL databases - 2+ years experience with observability systems (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.) - 3+ years of managerial experience in leading development of customer-facing products - Experience with messaging queues or streams such as RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka - Proficiency in OOP and design patterns - Familiarity with Microservices and engineering best practices - Team player attitude and mentality - Experience and passion for managing and growing people - Ambition and eagerness to learn new things Company Details: The company acts as customers' partners on the inside, learning their needs to create products that help them progress further.
