Job Description

Youll also be:

Optimising the scheduling and sequencing of initiatives and achieving agreed targets for the cycle time, risk and cost profiles of your platform
Delivering, owning and maintaining the platform operational stability and performance of technology, including the maintenance of any applications, systems, utilities and tools
Making sure that business solutions are optimal to customer needs and the overall technology strategy and roadmap
Owning the financial, commercial and flow performance of the platform and proactively tracking, reporting and acting to drive the improvements
Delivering regulatory reporting and managing the relevant budgets provided

The skills you'll need

Were looking for someone with in-depth domain or platform product knowledge, experience and expertise, coupled with a strong commercial acumen and good collaboration and stakeholder management skills. In addition, youll need business and systems analytical skills, and a strong understanding of platform applications and services, with the ability to convert a business ask to a technical solution.

Youll also be expected to have:

Operational, risk management, financial management, collaboration and negotiation experience and expertise
Strong leadership skills, including Agile and servant leadership experience
Architecture, design and engineering skills
An expert understanding of running large complex projects spanning multiple teams and senior governance forums
