Raghushree Plast Products Pvt. Ltd. is part of a group of companies engaged in the manufacturing, supply, and global export of plastic raw materials and products. Our group includes Abir Overseas LLC (USA), Raghushree Plast Products Pvt. Ltd. (India), and Bhavik Enterprises (India)—all operating under a shared leadership. With a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, we specialize in HDPE, PVC, LDPE, and other plastic materials, catering to diverse industrial needs with a focus on sustainability and quality.

We are now seeking a capable and driven Plant Manager to take full charge of our manufacturing unit and scale operations to 200 metric tons per month.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Complete responsibility for plant setup, operations, and growth.
• Plan, manage, and scale production to 200MT/month.
• Supervise all plant functions including production, dispatch, accounts, procurement, and admin.
• Monitor machine performance, raw material usage, labor productivity, and product quality.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to align production with order requirements.
• Lead recruitment, training, and team management for plant staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
• Maintain cost controls, stock levels, and operational budgets.
• Report performance updates and operational status to senior management.

Candidate Requirements :-

Education:

1. Graduate in Engineering, Industrial Production, or similar field.
2. MBA/PG in Operations Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

1. 8+ years in plant or production management, preferably in plastics or manufacturing.
2. Hands-on experience with plastic raw materials and extrusion/granule production.

Skills:

1. Strong team and resource management.
2. Technical understanding of production machinery and processes.
3. Ability to independently manage operations and solve problems on the ground.
4. Familiarity with safety regulations and plant compliance norms.
