Responsibilities
→ Manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.→ Implement and monitor GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and safety compliance.→ Supervise and train plant staff, including shift teams and operators.→ Oversee equipment maintenance, preventive measures, and operational efficiency.→ Manage inventory, raw material supply, and cold-chain logistics.→ Report operational metrics, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
→ Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing dairy or food manufacturing plant operations.→ Strong understanding of food safety standards, production planning, and machinery operations.→ Leadership and team management skills.→ Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and maintain operational excellence.→ Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and safety protocols is preferred.
