Plant Manager

As a Plant Operations Manager at Samagra Food Pvt. Ltd., your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant operations to deliver high-quality, safe, and nutritious products in the dairy and food sector. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end plant operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. - Implement and monitor compliance with GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and safety regulations. - Supervise and train plant staff, including shift teams and operators. - Oversee equipment maintenance, implement preventive measures, and optimize operational efficiency. - Efficiently manage inventory, raw material supply, and cold-chain logistics. - Provide regular reports on operational metrics, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing dairy or food manufacturing plant operations. - Profound understanding of food safety standards, production planning, and machinery operations. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and uphold operational excellence. - Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and safety protocols is preferred.
