You will be responsible for finding and selecting the right people for our team in different locations. Your Responsibilities: Visit rural branches to understand hiring needs . Find candidates through local sources like job fairs, community contacts, or referrals. Conduct basic interviews and screenings for entry-level jobs. Help with joining formalities and ensure candidates start work on time. Keep records of people interviewed and hired. Work closely with branch managers and HR team to complete the hiring process smoothly. Travel often and build a local talent pool for future hiring.
