The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tape plants, looms, and lamination machines and be capable of managing production processes efficiently while maintaining quality standards . Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring optimal performance of tape plants, looms, and lamination machines. Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality. Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Work under pressure to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor and control production costs to improve profitability. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operations. Report to senior management on production performance and challenges.
