minimisea Bachelor'sWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process for our cosmetics products (such as creams, lotions, serums, shampoos, face cream etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cosmetics or personal care production and must ensure efficient, timely, and quality output while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the manufacturing processes to ensure timely production of cosmetics products. Coordinate with R&D, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure product standards. Monitor production schedules, resources, manpower, and equipment utilization. Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene standards across the production floor. Supervise, train, and evaluate the production staff to meet operational goals. Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available as per production plans. Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime. Implement cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements. Maintain proper documentation and batch manufacturing records (BMRs). Ensure all regulatory and safety standards are followed (FDA, BIS, ISO, etc.). --- Requirements: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or relevant field. 5+ years of experience in a cosmetics/personal care manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality standards. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to handle multiple production lines and shift operations. Proficient in production software and inventory systems. --- Preferred Skills: Experience in contract or third-party manufacturing. Knowledge of Ayurvedic / Herbal formulation manufacturing (optional). Familiar with automation and modern production machinery.
