Ltd . is a new and dynamic organization in the bottled water and beverages sector. As we establish our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Shamshabad, we are looking for a seasoned professional to take charge of our end-to-end plant operations. Position Summary: We are seeking a Plant Head with strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge to oversee the full spectrum of plant operations from raw material receipt to dispatch of final goods. The ideal candidate should come with prior experience in leading large-scale beverage manufacturing facilities, preferably in global brands like Coca-Cola or Pepsi, and should be capable of building and institutionalizing operational procedures from scratch. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall plant operations to ensure smooth production and supply chain efficiency. Oversee daily plant activities including raw material receipt, production, packaging, storage, and dispatch. Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance. Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Manage manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, logistics, and senior management for operational alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Ensure equipment maintenance and operational efficiency at all levels. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong experience in water plant management and beverage plant operations. Proven ability to manage large teams and high-capacity plants. Experience in setting up operational systems and documentation for new facilities. In-depth understanding of production planning, inventory control, and dispatch logistics. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
