📍 Location: Calicut | 🏭 Industry: Footwear Manufacturing
✅ Lead day-to-day PU production operations to meet output and delivery goals
✅ Plan and monitor production schedules, material inventory, and workflow
✅ Ensure high machine efficiency and minimal downtime
✅ Supervise and deploy manpower effectively across shifts
✅ Maintain quality control across all stages of production
✅ Liaise with Design, Purchase & Dispatch teams for smooth coordination
✅ Prepare daily/weekly production reports with insights using MS Excel
🔹 Proven expertise in PU footwear production
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Hands-on experience with production planning and inventory control
🔹 Solid knowledge of QA/QC standards
🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel and production analytics
🔹 Excellent coordination and communication skills
