Hiring Plant HR Manager for reputed Manufacturing industry at Pune Experience – 18 to 22 years (of which at least 10 to 12 years should be in manufacturing / plant environment) CTC– 30 to 35 lpa Education – Experience in hands on HR. MBA, MPM., MSW Reporting to Plant Head (GM) Roles & Responsibilities: Implements organizational human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation. Manages human resources operations for the plant. Develops Plant HR strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues. Executing HR programs / initiatives developed at the Group level and which need to be cascaded within the plant. Supports plant management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
