Job Opening: Multiple Roles in Financial Services & Operations Locations: Chennai (Customer Development Executive - 3 positions) Coimbatore (Customer Development Executive - 1 position, Regional Manager - 1 position, Branch Head - 1 position) Salem (Branch Head - 1 position) Positions & Role Summaries: Customer Development Executive Drive business growth in locker services, fixed deposits (FDs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), mutual funds, and potential HNI client acquisition. Ensure regulatory compliance & deliver sales targets. Regional Manager Lead regional business growth, credit quality assurance, collections, and portfolio management. Manage and develop regional teams with strong focus on operational strategy and business targets. Branch Head Oversee branch sales & operations, lead and mentor sales/back-office teams, ensure customer engagement, product promotion, compliance, and consistent achievement of monthly business targets.
