Job Opening: Multiple Roles in Financial Services & Operations

Locations:

  • Chennai (Customer Development Executive - 3 positions)
  • Coimbatore (Customer Development Executive - 1 position, Regional Manager - 1 position, Branch Head - 1 position)
  • Salem (Branch Head - 1 position)

Positions & Role Summaries:

  1. Customer Development Executive

Drive business growth in locker services, fixed deposits (FDs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), mutual funds, and potential HNI client acquisition. Ensure regulatory compliance & deliver sales targets.

  1. Regional Manager

Lead regional business growth, credit quality assurance, collections, and portfolio management. Manage and develop regional teams with strong focus on operational strategy and business targets.

  1. Branch Head

Oversee branch sales & operations, lead and mentor sales/back-office teams, ensure customer engagement, product promotion, compliance, and consistent achievement of monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, acquire clients for financial products (locker services, FD/NCD, mutual funds)
  • Support HNI client relationship building and cross-selling efforts
  • Prepare & execute business plans with quarterly & annual growth targets
  • Monitor credit, collections, portfolio quality, and ensure timely approvals
  • Manage regional and branch teams, conduct training, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis; drive promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI regulations and company policies
  • Track sales, conversions, and client feedback; maintain MIS and escalation reports
  • Drive revenue from value-added services including insurance and group company products

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Customer Development: 24 years in NBFCs, banks, or financial services (preferably with HNI clients)
  • Regional Manager: 10+ years in BFSI or automobile/financial sectors with leadership experience
  • Branch Head: Minimum 5 years in financial product sales with 2+ years in team management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Client-centric approach with excellent relationship management
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Good knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and conduct risk assessments
