Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to lead our end-to-end manufacturing operations, drive productivity, ensure quality and safety, and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Implement continual improvement initiatives.
• Achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate plant teams for high performance.
• Coordinate with R&D, sales, and management for new product introduction and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
• Strong background in injection molding, tooling, or industrial products.
• Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
