Role Description

Plant Head

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Chemical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferable
• Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Working knowledge of SCM / Purchase / Dispatch / Logistics functions within a manufacturing setup
• Experience in Production Planning and efficient resource utilization
• Knowledge of Quality Control, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance standards
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Cost Management, and operational KPIs
• Experience in Labour Management and Union Relations
• Strong Administration and Workforce Discipline Management
• Leadership qualities with proven experience in managing and motivating teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and industry standards is advantageous
