Company Description Hindusthan M-I Swaco Ltd. (HMISL) is a joint venture and has been a leader in the production of oil field chemicals since 1985. The company specializes in manufacturing of drilling fluid and cementing chemicals for the oil and gas industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head located in Bharuch . The Plant Head will oversee end-to-end plant operations, covering production, SCM, purchase, dispatch, logistics, labour and union management, and quality compliance. Key responsibilities include production planning, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, optimizing production efficiency, and managing budgets. The role also involves monitoring plant performance, ensuring timely material availability and order fulfilment, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives. Strong administrative control and proactive problem-solving are essential to drive continuous improvement in overall plant performance.
