Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Plant Head to oversee the complete manufacturing operations at Mitaso Appliances Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the sheet metal industry and be capable of driving production efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce discipline, and training programs.
• Collaborate with top management for strategic production planning and expansion.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets for productivity, efficiency, and quality are met.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Proven experience in sheet metal or related manufacturing industries.
• Sound knowledge of production planning, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ability to manage large teams and drive performance across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
