Job Description

This role is responsible for planning, leading, directing and controlling the day-to-day manufacturing operations of a single plant including all aspects of finance, human resources, materials, production and process activities in the unit. The role focuses on achieving the Unit production targets, delivery schedules, quality & competitive output, turnover & cost reduction in line with the budget, compliance, quality, EHS and other parameters and guidelines laid down by the organization . Job Description: · Ensure and Manage smooth operations of the Plant. · Manage production as per targets/budgets. · Monthly operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. · Line productivity – Ensure the desired efficiency. · Fulfil the statutory / legal compliance. · AIB Standards to be maintained at all times. · Responsible for ensuring quality performance, which includes cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for utility · The job holder is expected to develop and implement the production plan for the factory in line with the plans of the organization. He is also responsible for ensuring the overall adherence to safety parameters. · He is responsible for ensuring production and order delivery as per the specification and agreed time of the customers. · Is expected to ensure that the production output meets the quality standard set by the organization. He is expected to drive quality consciousness in the team members at the Factory for continuous improvements and customer delight. · He is accountable for achieving operational efficiencies and initiate and monitor cost cutting initiatives to ensure emphasis on continuous cost cutting at the Factory. He should ensure effective implementation of safety standards, environmental compliance and water conservation throughout the work area. Preferred candidate profile BE/ B Tech; MBA Must have 8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage Industry Skills FSSC 22000:2018, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, ISO, QMS, GMP, GHP, FSMS, CAPA, RCA, Internal Auditor, FSTL, FSSAI, FIFO, FEFO Proven work experience as a Plant Manager Self-motivated and highly organized. Ability to work under pressure. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: Fixed shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 10 years (Required)
