Responsible for approval of the RM & PM. Internal training for key employees as per SOP. Conduct internal audit as per plan. Initiate the process of Audit for all procedures and systems. Skills & Competencies Experience in Lab and exposure of handling food / beverage products. Self Motivated Knowledge of Food Laws & Compliance Knowledge of Food Micro, Food Chemistry Thorough knowledge of working with MS Office. Check and improve safety and quality control procedures from the raw material stage through to the finished product. Candidates should be conversant with the latest laboratory instruments.
