Production Executive - Beverages

You will be responsible for overseeing the production of beverages at our manufacturing facility in Bhopal. Your main duties will include planning and directing the production process to ensure the products are made safely and consistently meeting quality standards. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of production supervisors to meet production requirements and ensure the efficient operation of their respective areas. You will be in charge of production planning, process control, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include reviewing and approving production documents, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, coordinating with QA for inspections, improving yield and productivity, and maintaining equipment validation and calibration schedules. You will also be responsible for implementing systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization. Additionally, you will need to work closely with the QA and Engineering departments for the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment. Building positive relationships with supervisors, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring compliance with safety rules and company policies will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or be a Food Technologist with at least 1 year of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in beverage processing facilities. Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with supervisory experience in a team-based environment. Familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and GMPs is essential, as well as the ability to write reports and business correspondence effectively.
