Job Description

Designation- Proof Reader. Looking for a candidate who is well versed in English and Hindi Languages, both verbal and written (Expert Level). Background in Science/ Maths stream preferred. Command over any other regional language would be an added advantage (in both typing and proofreading). Basic Computer Typing skills required. Roles & Responsibilities- To review and markup written work, such as books, novels, marketing materials (brochures and flyers) and internal documents. To detect & highlight errors in written spellings, grammar, punctuations, syntax, usage, etc. Ensuring the accuracy of content by verifying all referenced facts (e.g., dates, pages, values) check images, tables, and charts contained in a document to ensure they are precise and properly aligned. Stay abreast with grammatical development as well as new terminologies in a language. Should be very attentive so as to identify and rephrase grammatical errors to ensure an error-free text. Should have teamwork skills so as to adapt and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work products. Education- Post Graduate/ Graduate with an excellent educational background will be preferred. Preference will be given to the candidate having a background from Science / Maths Stream.
