Job Description: Planning Engineer

Experience:

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Planning Engineer

to support project execution through effective planning, reporting, coordination, and client communication. The role requires hands-on experience in

residential construction projects

and strong reporting and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage daily planning activities for ongoing residential projects
Develop and maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR (Weekly Progress Report), and MPR (Monthly Progress Report)
Create PPT presentations for internal reviews and client meetings
Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination
Work on sample approvals, TDS, and data sheet approvals
Manage email communication and maintain proper documentation
Prepare handover documents and project records
Coordinate with vendors for material delivery follow-ups
Liaise with Head Office for planning updates, approvals, and reporting

Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Residential Projects (Mandatory)

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Strong knowledge of construction planning and reporting
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience working on mid to large-scale residential construction projects
Strong documentation and reporting discipline
