Job Description

Project Scheduling & Baseline Planning:

Prepare project baseline schedules in line with construction sequences and contractual milestones.
Use tools like MS Project / Primavera (P6) to develop, update, and track schedules.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor actual progress vs. planned progress and update the project schedule accordingly.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Develop 3-week and 1-month look-ahead schedules for site execution teams.

Coordination with Execution Teams:

Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to gather ground-level data.
Highlight delays, bottlenecks, or deviations and suggest corrective actions.

Resource & Material Planning:

Assist in manpower, material, and equipment planning aligned with the construction program.
Monitor usage of key resources and support procurement planning.

Client & Consultant Coordination:

Participate in client meetings to present project status and highlight critical issues.
Coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with planning submissions and reports.

Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning:

Conduct root cause analysis for delays and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
Track variations, claims, and EOT (Extension of Time) impacts, if applicable.
