Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Engineer located in Pune. The candidate should have 5 – 8 yrs. of experience in real estate building construction. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as planning and scheduling project timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure project completion, and maintaining project control. Other responsibilities include analyzing data, adjusting production schedules, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• The preparation, control, tracking and distribution of the MSP schedules and ensuring issue of latest version at site.
• Preparation of Baseline Schedules for multiple Residential Projects and associated development in Microsoft Project software
• Preparation of contract plan and / procurement schedule based on the above
• Tracking and monitoring the Progress of the project as per MSP schedule.
• Preparation of weekly / monthly targets for site team.
• Timely inform site team for slippage of any activity/activities and critical activity /activities
• Preparation of MIS report
• Preparation of Site visit (Progress Review) Report
• Remaining up to date with best practices and current legislation in technical field
• Providing individual and collective feedback to technical staff on all projects.

• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Project Control
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management is preferred
