Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to support the execution and management of our residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards
• Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Assist in resource planning, cost forecasting, and productivity analysis
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling (preferably in real estate or infrastructure)
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of construction workflows, resource planning, and site operations
• Familiarity with real estate project lifecycles and milestones
