Company - Rohan Builders and Developers

Exp - 4 to 7 Yrs

We are Hiring Planning engineer for High rise Building for our sites across pune and Head office.

Purpose of the role

  • Preparation of project master Plan, Project Charter, establishing the planning milestones.
  • Preparation of Schedule & formulating the data processing system.
  • Resource management for Project.

Progress Review

  • Monitoring the progress of all projects
  • Check the resource available/required
  • Discuss / coordinate with site team related to progress ,Vendor & material requirement

Coordination


Coordination with BIM Vendor for BIM Execution Plan, Design & Development team for Drawings, Purchase & Store team for Material.

  • Approve the material PR Token for Procurement.
  • Coordinate with sales team for Sales/Billing Milestone Completion.
  • Coordination with estimation team for Highrise WBS Preparation & BIM Model Review &
  • Review the BIM Model with Planning & Estimation Team For Qty ,Sequencing & Schedule
  • Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance and guide them accordingly.

Reports & Review Meeting

  • Create the MIS report for Management related to project progress & decision making for smooth execution of the project.
  • Monitor the Weekly & fortnightly progress Updation in ERP & BIM.
  • Interpret data, compile reports, and deliver presentations when required.
  • Organise project review meetings that involves discussion on Progress, material procurement, decisions, hurdles during execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project reports, minutes of meetings, policies & important correspondences.
  • Coordination with interdepartmental team & resolving all the issues affecting the progress of work.

Key Deliverables / Performance Measures

  1. Plan the project milestones/schedule, implement the monitoring tools & techniques, develop the management information system, create the conflict free & harmonious working environment.
  2. Formulating the planning & data processing system
  3. Making the project schedule (time) & resources plans & replanning when necessary.
  4. Mobilising & allocating the resources for various construction sites.
  5. Coordinating all technical activities.
  6. Participating in technical meetings & preparing their minutes.
