Placement Officer

As a Placement Executive , your main responsibility is to connect HR professionals , hiring managers , and students for successful campus placements and internship opportunities . You will actively build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and outreach to identify new companies , corporate tie-ups , and placement partners for campus recruitment , off-campus placements , and internship programs . Build and maintain strong connections and networks with HR professionals , recruiters , industry leaders , and corporate partners . Coordinate and manage both on-campus and off-campus hiring initiatives to maximize placement opportunities for students. Facilitate and organize interviews , job fairs , placement drives , and recruitment events for students. Serve as the primary liaison between the college/university , employers , and students for smooth communication and placement processes. Provide administrative support for placement activities , including documentation , placement tracking , and record-keeping . Stay updated on job market trends , industry requirements , and emerging hiring practices to ensure students are well-prepared.
