Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer, located in Pune. The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placements, building relationships with recruiters, organizing and conducting training sessions, and offering career counseling to students. The Placement Officer will also work on developing strategic plans to improve placement rates and ensure successful career outcomes for students.

• Experience in managing campus placements
• Strong communication and career counseling skills
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and understanding educational methodologies
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
• Relevant experience or knowledge in the education industry
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
