Conduct workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, and coding assessments to enhance employability. Identify skill gaps and recommend curriculum improvements based on industry feedback and placement trends. Integrate AI-driven tools and analytics to personalize training paths for learners. Partner with industry experts and trainers for guest lectures, live projects, and certification programs. Placement Responsibilities: Build and manage a strong network of corporate partners, IT companies, startups, and HR departments across India and global markets. Organize on-campus and virtual placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and track placement progress.
