Role Overview

The Career Services associate will be responsible for building and nurturing corporate relationships, identifying job opportunities, and driving placement outcomes for Imarticus students. The role demands strong networking skills, client engagement, and the ability to map student profiles to industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new corporate (Retail banks and NBFC ) partnerships for placements and internships.

• Generate leads through networking, market research, job portals, and references.

• Pitch Imarticus talent pool to HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers across industries.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, placement drives, and employer engagement activities.

• Maintain regular communication with companies to ensure repeat hiring.

• Work closely with the career services and academic teams to align student readiness with employer expectations.

• Track placement metrics, prepare MIS reports, and share hiring updates with management.

• Represent Imarticus at job fairs, industry events, and campus placement activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate relations.

• Prior experience in EdTech / training & placement / staffing industry will be an advantage.
