Placement Officer

Job Description for Placement Officer :

Placement officer is responsible for generating placement opportunities for CMRU students studying in different semesters of various programs/courses. Full time/part time/freelance Internship opportunities are to be identified in different corporates and facilitate the processes.

§ Preparation of decks and materials for presenting to prospective recruiters

§ Fixing appointments with corporates for presenting CMR University’s talent pool

§ Visiting corporates with appointments/cold calls to develop connects with corporates

§ Follow up with corporates for Placement opportunities

§ Motivating and sensitizing students on internship opportunities available in corporates

§ Fine tuning students according to companies’ expectations

§ Arranging students for internship recruitments

§ Operationalizing internship recruitment events on the days of events

§ Post internship recruitment process follow ups and coordination for offer letters, joining dates etc.,

§ Completing all documentation related to internship recruitments (off campus, on campus etc.) including joining formalities at corporates

Qualifications and experience:

Graduates/Post Graduates with minimum 3 years of experience in Placements/Corporate relations can apply for above positions.

Preferred age is between 25 to 30 years

Male candidates are preferred, Female candidates in the same role with stable/consistent track record will be considered.

Candidates with similar role experience in a reputed educational institution will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
