Placement Officer

Role Overview: As a recruiter for Bhumi's Skill-Ed free skilling programme, your role will involve identifying and building relationships with potential employers to recruit students, organizing placement drives and networking events, conducting workshops and mock interviews to enhance job readiness, guiding students towards suitable job opportunities, sharing placement reports with leadership, and aligning training with emerging job roles through market research. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and build relationships with potential employers for student recruitment - Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events - Conduct placement workshops, mock interviews, and employability training - Guide students towards suitable job opportunities through mentorship - Share regular placement reports with leadership and conduct market research Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-Graduation degree - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Entrepreneurial mindset and growth mindset - Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment - Diplomatic communication skills - Ability to work autonomously - Willingness to travel across South India Additional Company Details: Please note that this role is a full-time position with a salary range of 6 - 7.2 LPA based on your profile. Your primary location will be across Tamil Nadu on a daily basis, and occasional travel across India may be required. The minimum commitment for this role is 2 years.,
