Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site placement officer role based in Bengaluru. The Placement Officer will coordinate and execute placement initiatives for students, including establishing connections with potential employers, organizing campus placements, and ensuring successful employment opportunities for trainees. Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, providing pre-placement training, liaising with corporate partners, and assessing market needs to align placements with industry demands.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Campus Placement coordination and employer engagement
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, employers, and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in Career Counseling and capacity to guide students to achieve employment opportunities
  • Proficiency in Training and mentoring students for interview preparation and professional development
  • Experience or knowledge in Education or skill development initiatives
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt to evolving recruitment needs
  • A bachelor's degree in business management, HR, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the skill development sector or working with disadvantaged communities is an added advantage


Eligibility

1-2 Years of Experience in Placements.
