Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the female hostel. Maintain discipline, safety, and security within the hostel premises. Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel rooms, dining, and common areas. Act as a guardian and mentor, providing emotional and personal support to students when required. Coordinate with hostel staff, security, and housekeeping teams for smooth operations. Handle emergencies promptly and ensure student safety at all times. Maintain records of hostel occupancy, discipline issues, and student activities. Organize orientation and awareness programs for hostel residents. Report regularly to the Hostel Administration and University authorities. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, supervision, and discipline management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate, approachable, and student-friendly attitude. Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies calmly and effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols, hostel administration, and basic record-keeping. Prior experience as a Hostel Warden / Resident Supervisor in an educational institution will be preferred.
