Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Placement Co-Ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving placement opportunities for our students, and ensuring smooth coordination between our institute and partner companies.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Conduct direct visits to client offices/companies to build and strengthen relationships.
Understand client requirements and map them with student profiles.
Coordinate with the placement team to schedule interviews, drives, and meetings.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and placement activities.
Achieve targets for client acquisition and placement opportunities.
Represent the institute professionally in all client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred in Management / Marketing / HR).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
