Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) is a leading B School founded in 1991 and has institutions in Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai. We have helped 5000+ students to be successful business leaders and entrepreneurs.

The primary objective of this role is to strengthen the connection between XIME and recruiting organizations. As the Placement Manager, you will be responsible for student placements across all three XIME campuses: Bangalore, Kochi, and Chennai. Your pivotal role involves cultivating relationships with companies and ensuring successful student placements.

Qualifications and Skills required

• Knowledge of market trends and industry requirements
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of education-to-employment transitions
• Excellent writing, speaking and persuasion skills.
• Solid experience with digital media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• XIME being a PG Institute, Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
